Family Camp at Pine Valley Bible Conference Center is a special time to step away from the busyness of life, grow together in Christ, and create lasting memories in a beautiful mountain setting.

Here are some of the things we seek to excel at:

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21

9am – Check-In @ Main Office

9-10am - Coffee Shop & Donut Bar Open

9am-11:45am – Laser Tag, Pine Climb, Train, Playground, Inflatables, Axe Throwing

9-11:45am - Gift Shop Open (office staff will open upon request)

12-12:45pm – Lunch

1-2pm – Session

2:15-3:15pm - Coffee Shop Open

2:15-3:15pm - Gift Shop Open (office staff will open upon request)

2:15-4:30pm – Zipline, High Ropes, Hayrides, Archery, Playground, Inflatables, Axe Throwing

5-9pm - Camp Christmas

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22

7-7:45am – Coffee Shop & Donut Bar open

7:55am - Flagpole Ceremony at the front of the Dining Hall

8-8:45am - Breakfast

8:45am – Final Session in the Dining Hall

9:15-10:45am – Laser Tag, Pine Climb, Train, Playground, Inflatables, Axe Throwing

11am – Check-Out & Depart

Pricing & What’s Included

Pricing:

  • Campers 12 years and up: $125

    (Immediate family of 5 or more that are 12 years and up will get an additional discount of $25 per person)

  • Campers 3-11 years: $80

  • Campers 0-2 years: Free


Included:

  • Saturday lunch and overnight lodging

  • Camp Christmas admission and parking

      (Camp Christmas dinner is not included)

  • Sunday breakfast

Cancellation & Refund Policy (applies to all registrants)

90 days before event: full refund (minus $50 processing fee). 90-30 days before event: 50% refund (minus $50 processing fee). 30 days before the event: No refunds.
