What is the Cross To Life Discipleship Program?
This is a yearlong resident discipleship program developed for 18-28 year old men and women, designed to develop followers and prepare leaders for a lifetime of service dedicated to serving Jesus Christ. A small number of young men and women make the decision to set aside this time of their lives towards developing character, identity, and discipline consistent with Christian leadership. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
You receive the following benefits:
Over $12,000 salary
Lodging & Utilities
Meals
Transportation
Special Outings, including a Carnival cruise
The trainee will also be solely responsible for:
A current passport for the cruise, and any costs to obtain it
The $100 monthly program fee
All bedding, toiletries, medications, and personal bills
Own vehicle, if own is brought
Health insurance

• Bible reading plan
